Description
The steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line, utilized for coating steel pipes of multiple diameters with anti-corrosion materials in a factory, has broad applications in various engineering projects, prominently in heating, gas, and oil extraction industries.
The lines can be applied to FBE,2 layer FBE,2 layer PE,2 layer PP,3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.
3PE anti-corrosion coating production line, is three PE anti-corrosion structure of anti-corrosion pipeline production line, diameter range φ50 ~ φ4200, the use of three anti-corrosion. Namely, a layer of epoxy powder (FBE> 120µm), the second layer of adhesive (ad) 170 ~ 250µm, the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 1.8-4.2 mm.
