HDPE jacket pipe extrusion line is high-efficiency equipment with high speed and energy saving for producing HDPE pipe used as protective cover of PU foam thermal Pre-Insulation Pipe according to international standard. It is specially designed for the production of HDPE outer jacket pipes used in PU/PUR pre-insulated pipes for district heating, oil & gas, industrial pipelines and other thermal insulation applications.The HDPE jacket pipe is produced by vacuum calibrating method with smooth internal and external wall, long service life, good anti-corrosion insulation and mechanical performance.
